Ordering through Retreat Ready Essentials is as easy as it is convenient! Simply provide a list of your items and let us know any preferences you may have. If you’d like , feel free to be specific about your favorite brands, or let us select the name brands for you —unless you prefer generics, just let us know. Please specify organic or regular for produce items.

To make everything just right, please send your order at least 3 days before you arrive. Specialty items are tailored just for you, so we can’t refund those, but everything else will be perfectly arranged for a seamless experience. We’re here to make your stay as effortless and welcoming as possible!

Pricing & Payment

To confirm your order, there is a $60 upfront flat fee, payable via Zelle, PayPal or Venmo. Please note, this fee is separate from and does not apply toward the grocery total. Once we’ve completed your shopping, you’ll receive a payment request for the final amount of your items, plus a 15% service fee.

For same day service, an additional $20 service fee may be applied.

Delivery Location

Retreat Ready Essentials will use the details provided in your order form to coordinate directly with the property owner or management company prior to your arrival. All arrangements will be handled seamlessly, requiring no additional effort on your part.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 24 hours of your scheduled arrival will incur a $100 termination fee. If an order is not canceled, the cost of all items purchased will not be refunded.
